Epoxy adhesives are two-component adhesive composed of resin and hardener. It is cured by the exothermic reaction that is released when the components are mixed in the correct ratio and in the right manner. This product is ideal for repair, maintenance and prototype applications. It takes molds through the model. It can also be used for tool making, holding apparatus, metal forming molds and repairing pipe, valve, worn equipment etc. Once cured, it can be drilled, tapped, leveled or painted.
Surfaces should be dry, clean and rough without rust or oxidation. Mix two component until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and apply the product on the surface or hole. Spread it with a spatula and press firmly to avoid trapping air, ensure maximum surface contact. Use fiberglass, sheet metal or wire mesh to fill large gaps and holes. For best results, the product should be stored and applied in room tamperature of between 13 °C to 52 °C. Store the product in a dry and cool place after application.
